My practice thrives on improvisation and play. By working in cycles and learning from each piece individually, I often make jumps between subject matter and approach. I work this way to keep things fresh and challenging. Slowly, but surely, I am building a diverse body of work that is engaging to me and hopefully to you, the viewer. Over time I can begin to group works together and attempt to define what they mean to me or at least I see in them. Until then these pieces remain in the "recent works" and general categories by medium. My continued focus and efforts remain on the act of creating and being present in those moments, free of everything, for how ever long it lasts.
